Battery Structure & Charateristics
Improvements:
1, RADIATION OR GRIDDING PLATES: Adopting advanced plate casters to produce much thicker plates with Pb-Ca-Sn alloy. This can ensure complete maintenance-free performance of minimum self-discharge. Furthermore, uniformity of our plates are greatly improved with our special solidification technology, which can reduce possibility in sulfation and keep much stronger cranking performance.
2, SEPARATOR: The super-thin glass fiber in separator (ir PE envelope) avoids short-circuit of plate group, and reduce electric resistance and increase current capacity. The surface fiber can protect effectively the active material of positive plates from dropping off in vibration. And then it can extend battery life.
3, POLES: The poles are made by mechanical operation, which can ensure no leakage. It makes sure the poles more durable than the traditional ones as we adopt special technical process.
4, CENTRAL BUSBAR: With the most advanced COS machine, we can connect plate groups very well in each cell, which is called busbar. And the busbar has some good features such as low internal resistance, high good electric conductivity and high resistance to vibration.
5, MAGIC-EYE: Magic eye is also called as indicator, which can tell the state of a battery.
6, FRAME ARRESTER: Prevent explosion caused by gas or spark while charging. And it can also stop any free acid from inside.
7, PP CONTAINER: Our battery has excellent performance of non-leakage and anti-explosion with very special structure in container.
8, HEAT SEALED COVER: Heat sealed design is to maximize strength and rigidity to prevent electrolyte leakage.

Our Lead-acid batteries include AGM batteries and SLI batteries. AGM batteries are also called as VRLA-AGM batteries, mainly including NP general batteries, NPC deep-cycle batteries, NPH High-rate batteries, NPL long-life batteries, NPF front-terminal batteries, NPM motive-power batteries, NPG/NPCG/NPMG/NPFG pure gel batteries, NPS solar-power batteries, CB Lead Carbon Batteries, LC Lead Crystal Batteries, LFP LiFePO4 Batteries, and OPzV & OPzS tubular batteries. For SLI batteries, we mainly have Car batteries and Motorcycle batteries.
In 2015, we started to produce Li-ion battery pack which mainly includes LiFePO4 battery pack to replace AGM batteries, Powerwall batteries and Powerrack batteries. OEM and ODM is welcome.
We have introduced advanced production and test equipment to produce lead acid batteries and so we can do much better in the battery fields as we are very strict in production management and we have first-class technology and unique directions for the batteries. We have more than 600 staff members among whom there are more than 50 professional technicians. This ensures our products are much better in performance and reliable in quality. We have gotten production license from National Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau and also we have gotten some international certificates such as UL, CE, TLC and ISO9001 & ISO14001.
