Monoblock Construction

Forklift batteries utilize proven tubular positive plate technology. The positive plate utilizes a die-cast grid. The active substance is stored in a discharge tube made of polyester material. The negative plate uses a traditional plate type pole plate. The positive and negative plates are separated by a microporous, raised spacer on one side. The cell shell cover is made of high-impact and high-temperature-resistant polypropylene, and the shell cover is heat-sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.

 

Liquid Hole Plugs

Each cell is fitted with a liquid orifice plug to allow gas generated during the charging process to escape. The plugs allow the addition of purified water and the measurement of the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
